We've been experiencing a weird problem with Outlook 2003. Everything appears to work fine. All my mail and contacts are imported OK and all appears well. However, when I then download mail from AT&T POP3 server, I can see the messages coming down in the progress bar but then they just vanish. They don't appear in the inbox or any other folder. This happens even after I've installed the service pack for Outlook 2003.

I've created a new .pst file, I've deleted and recreated the account, and I've tried reinstalling Outlook 2003

Do you get a new mail notification in Outlook? Have you checked your rules? What is your Incoming server timeout?

I'm not set up to get a notification for new emails. I have no rules established. I'll have to get back to you on the time out. It appears that everything is downloaded. I don't get any error messages about not downloading.
