Comment:

When I attempt to either restart Windows or shut down my DELL laptop, I find that I have multiple "outlook.exe" programs running that each much shut down individually. At times, I've had has many as 9 outlook.exe programs running simultaneously. Why does this happen and what can I do to fix the problem? I have already (several times!) completely reloaded Office XP and that doesn't seem to help. This problem is very annoying.
