Whenever I exit MS Outlook 2003, I get an error message....
"OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error. The instruction at 0x014aad41 referenced memory at 0x02aee630. The memory could not be read.""Detect & Repair" doesn't fix it.
Motherboard checked and OK.
I had memory checked using Memtest and ramtest... an error found, and faulty chip replaced. But still get error message. I also still some PC lock-ups but less with chip replaced.
Any advice?

When did this start? Are you running Office SP3? Have you tried repairing your Office install or creating a new Mail Delivery file?

Thanks for help...
When did this start? A friend had upgraded to new PC, and gave me his near-new PC... he also added my old hard drive, as a 2nd hard drive. Since then I've had the problem.
Are you running Office SP3? I don't think so. I just have Office 2003. How do I get Office SP3?

No, how do I do these?

.... I just found Office 2003 SP3 link.
I downloaded and ran, but it came up
"The expected version of the product was not found on your system".
I have OEM software which is legitimate.I also tried a temporary install on 2nd PC (without SP3), but no error message
"OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error. The instruction at 0x014aad41 referenced memory at 0x02aee630. The memory could not be read."
So it seems it is more a hardware problem, rather than software.
