User is using Microsoft Outlook 2003 on an XP machine within a Windows Server 2003 domain environment. Outlook is configured for a mailbox via Exchange, and works fine aside from when the user attempts to add an attachment from a particular network shared folder. When the user creates a new message, clicks add attachment, and then browses to that particular network folder share, instead of displaying the available files on that share, Outlook hangs and its process must be killed. This folder in particular is very large in size, about 5.1GB in content. Any ideas as to what might be causing this, and/or a solution (aside from the workaround of browsing to the folder itself in Windows Explorer)?
