Hi, I have configured Outlook 2002 client to receive the POP3 mails from our local ISP. When a mail with HTML content printed, and simultanously closed as it has been spooled to the printer, Outlook 2002(XP) stops the system from responding. We use HP Deskjet 990Cxi printer, kindly help me.
