Hi, I work for a support group and i had a user have a problem with going over the email size limit. when i checked the folder size and add up all the subfolder email sizes its actually a lot less than the provided total size. So I did an advanced find for emails greater than 2 megs. I got 5 hits on emails that were in a folder called "Top in Information" although that particular folder was not a part of the folder list in the users mailbox. Is there a way to find out what else is in that folder cause i'm guessing there are a bunch of other emails in that particular folder. I have also tried recreating his outlook profile that didn't seem to work. any ideas? or if u need anymore information just lemme know
thanks

Just adding up the email sizes won't equal the size of the pst file.

Have you tried compacting the file?
