hi i have a problem with outlook xp 2002! i have modified outlook.pst and extend.dat(with an older version of my old os)..and now outlook doasn't work!!! outlook say me "Impossible to show directory,error in D:\Documents and Settings\f4b10\local settings\application data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst. Close all mail apps,and execute utility of reset of incoming mails."! how can solve the problem?where is utility of reset of incoming mails???? tnx:))) f4b10

ok.... i change the pst file with my old pst! (Old pst=pst of my old outlook on my old os win xp) i found the utility of reset of incoming mails in my os(it's name SCANPST.EXE)but it daesn't resolve the problem!!!!help me pls...!
