This may seem like a stupid question, but I have not been able to find an answer anywhere else. What causes Microsoft outlook to automatically work offline. This has become a problem at work because out third party shop control system uses outlook to send e-mail, but some of our users are having a problem with outlook automatically getting set to work offline.
