Hi,

I am running Exchange 2003 Server, and most users access email remotely using the Outlook Web Access.

There is one user who is having problems. He can login to his mailbox via web access, and it displays his folders on the left, and the list of emails in the middle pane, but as it tries to load the first email message on the right hand side, a network username/password box pops up. This does not accept ANY username and password combination, not even out system administrator account.

Strange thing is, I can access his mailbox via the web from all other PCs I have tried, and I have also tried on an internal address, all work OK. It only seems to be when he tries externally, and from more than one PC.

The only thing different is that he is in Spain.

Any ideas?

Regards,
Chris
