Comment:

A friend uses OE but had Excel installed on the computer and now Outlook is in control and she is unable to get her emails. I cannot get to her computer so need to relay to her what she needs to do. Can anyone help? Hopefully its simple and she needs to fix it asap because her emails are bouncing due to full box. Thanks!

All she needs to do is open Outlook Express and she'll be able to send/receive her emails.

To set the default email client:

IE
Tools
Internet Options
Programs
Email
Set OE as the Default

Or, she can change to Outlook and configure that for her email account(s), then she can import the OE settings.
