I have three different Email accounts set up
in Outlook, a Hotmail for personal, my ISP
one for buying and a business one for my
customers. My buying account is my default
account and I'm very careful in what I use my
business account for. All accounts can send
and receive perfectly normally.
My problem is this, every time I reply to an
Email sent to my business account it
automatically replies with my default buying
account. Unless I remember to change it from
the drop down menu. I had the same problem
using Outlook 2003 on my old XP PC.
All I want is for it to reply with the same
address that the Email was sent to, not
always my default Email address.
It annoying for me and confusing for my
customers when I reply with a different Email
to the one they sent to, just because I've
forgot to change the drop down menu.
Before anyone suggests it I don't want to
change my business account to default account
