Outlook - signature setting

I need the registry key that controls the signature setting for Outlook. I want to set everyone's Outlook to place the signature only on new messages and not replies / forwards.
Thank you... I played around with this... didn't work..

Really? So did I. It worked for me.. Disabling the signature in the mail configurations deleted the Registry value, and then resetting it, and just deleting the Registry value worked to change the configuration in the my signature settings..
So, if the signature is set to "None" the "ReplySignature" value disappears.
...still not working. I just want to disable the "Don't use when replying or forwarding" option under Tool > Options > Mail Format. So the checkmark is always there and the user is not able to change it. Using MS Outlook 2000

K. Office 2000 is version 9.0. Check under the same location, but under 9.0, instead of 10.0
