One of our users has Outlook 2003. When she replies to a message or creates a new message, her signature is bright yellow and double spaced. Her signature looks fine in the signature editor.

I've created a completely new signature for her, deleted her normal.dot, tried changing fonts in the signature editor, changed between rtf and html formats, and hand edited the signature's html file to see if it showed any markup causing it to doublespace/change color, all to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I am not sure about the font color, but you can edit out the double spacing by using "Shift/Return" instead of "Return"

Uncheck the "Use Microsoft Word 2003 to edit email messages" and then recreate the signature.

Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
