I am trying to send out the same mail message (incl. attachment) to all of my contacts. I would normally do it manually but i have over 200 contacts requiring this particular message & attachment.
So i was hoping there would be an option somewhere to send all my contacts this mail at the same time.
Using Outlook 2003

Go to New, Contact, Group.
Add all of your contacts to that group.HTH
