How do I establish a rule so that my boss' email, which is auto-forwarded to me, gets put into a special folder.
I can't just set up a rule to move all email from him, because technically the email isn't coming from him. It's coming from other sources. I don't see any rules that govern auto-forward. I'm using Outlook 2000. TIA!

If it's being forwarded to you, then somewhere there is a rule in your boss' email that directs it to your mailbox. In that case, all emails would indeed be coming from your boss, as they are being forwarded. However, if they are actually being sent to your email address (redirected rather than forwarded,) then you'd need to set your rule (to send to a specific folder) based on how the redirection is set up.
Are you using an Exchange server or just Outlook clients for your email? If you can provide additional details, it will be much easier to help you solve your problem

Jenn,
In my boss' email, he's just using the Auto-forward function. We didn't actually use the Rules Wizard. Should we use a rule instead in his Outlook?
Right now I have the following rule:
"Apply this rule after the message arrives
from (boss's email)
move it to the (boss' inbox) folder"However, all of his email isn't being redirected to the Boss' Inbox folder. It sits in my inbox. I even sent an email to him (as a test) and it still arrives and sits in my inbox.
We're using an exchange server
