Hi Friends,
I have created a signature which contains the logo of my firm and have hyper linked it with the web address for the firms website.
When i create a new message i am able to see the complete signature with the logo. But when i do a reply or a forward the signature is displayed without the logo. I see the hyper linked website address but the logo disappears. I am using office 2003- SP1 and the default format for outgoing mail is rich text.
Can anybody help me with this as i have to manually copy paste the signature when i reply to mails?

I don't ever get my signature when I click reply.
I use the Insert...Signature feature, although I made it easier by adding an Insert...Signature button to my toolbar so it's just a quick click-click and my sig is inserted.
Hope that helps a little.

Do you have your Reply/Forward signature configured correctly in the Signatures section of your email configuration? Perhaps you don't have all the information there.
Keep in mind also that not all email clients can view html, graphics, or animation in emails.
Tools, Options, Mail Format, Signatures in case you're not sure where to look.
