Hi,
I have a problem , In outlook-2003 when I press a key in To- field it shows me many contacts autometic but in contact field there is no contacts store there.How can I retrive all contacts.

When the list of names appears under the To field, you are not seeing "contacts" but merely a list of addresses that Outlook has stored when you send a email.

This is known as the AutoComplete feature. Look it up in Outlook help for more info.

Once the email address has been placed in the To field, you can right-click on it and add it to your contacts.
