I have Outlook XP (aka 2002). I often get a forward of a forward of a forward and inturn end up forwardign that on to someone else. The problem is, after that many forwards the message text contains a bunch of header information from all the previous recepients. Is there a plug in for outloo kthat will automatically remvoe all this so that onyl the actual message text is included in my forward?

Very good question, and one I wouldn't mind knowing myself. If there isn't a way, the way I get rid of them is to copy the text and create a new message.
When all else fails beat the $%!* out of it!!!
