Right-click the Outlook Icon
Properties
Email Accounts
View or Change
Under Deliver New Email to the following location
Click New Outlook Data File
If using 2003, select proper file format
OK
Browse to the location you wish to store the file
Name the file
OK
OK
OK
Click on the drop down arrow next to Personal Folders
Click on the newly added file at the bottom
Finish
OK
Reopen Outlook
