outlook over size limit

so far i have archived the calendars
moved all visible email to a pst folder
deleted the ost
disabled cache exchange mode
and i'm still getting an error
"Your mailbox has exceeded one or more size limits set by your administrator.
Your mailbox size is 160104 KB"
out limit is 100mb and the user is using office 2007

So you're seeing this on the server side? 100mb isn't much for a mailbox limit.

the question is how or where i can check to reduce the mailbox after the steps already taken. i do not run the server here so i dont have an option to make any changes on that end

You'll have to look at the sizes of each individual folder and see where the data is....probably in the Sent Items Folder.

Right click on the mailbox itself, choose properties, then click on folder size in the lower left corner of the dialogue box. It will show you where the mail is dispersed and how much is in each part of the mailbox. Inbox, sent, drafts, deleted, nuke accordingly

Oh and 160000KB is 156.25MB

I didn't see "Emptied the Deleted Items folder" on your list.

Until that folder is emptied, the items are still in the mailbox.

actually already tried all that was mentioned.
i used the cleanup tool and deleted all conflicts it seems that that there was a sync1 issue folder that was holding up all the space.
this seemed to have fixed the problem
