Outlook not working

Specs: Windows Xp
When i am trying to access outlook it shows this message "outlook could not start because a data file to send and receive mail could not be found. To add a data file, such as a personal folder file, double-click the Mail icon in Windows Control Panel" please give a solution to clear this problem

Go into Control Panel, Mail, Data Files. Click Add, then browse to the location where you want the file to be stored. I always keep it somewhere other than the OS partition, by creating an Outlook folder on D: for example. Give it a name (default is usually Personal Folders.pst) and click OK.

Then, open Outlook and configure your email accounts, etc.
