Outlook not saving password

For some reson my outlook will not save the password i have to keep puting in the pass ever time i restart the app..i installed the mail account on another unit and it works fine..does any one no why this is not saning the pass?

What version of Outlook are you running? There is indeed an issue with Office XP (2002) Outlook and the saving of passwords. They don't save.... MSKB has no fix for this none of their suggestions work.

I have this problem too.
The only thing that you can do for now is create another profile in Outlook.
That procedure resolve my problem until now

My president is having the same problem as reported above. Are you saying that creating a new user profile should take care of the problem temporarily?
