Hi,
We are having a problem with Outlook XP not printing attachments. When you click file > print, the email prints out ok, but with no reference to the attachment file. I'm pretty sure there is a tick box somewhere that is causing this problem. The other machines in the office print out the reference to the attachment no problem at all. The problem is with Outlook XP SP3, on Windows XP.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Dan

Yes there is a tick box relating to printing attachments in the Print dialogue box; File -> Print. Take note that the attachment will get printed to the default printer and the message to the selected printer.
However I've come across a user who swears that is ticked and the attachment is still not printing. I am investigating.
