I use Office2000. After having my computer in the shop I now get the following error when I bootup and start Outlook for the first time on a new session.
Personal Folders: The path specified for the file (specific location/outlook.pst) is not valid.
The location refers to my F: drive, which is my hard drive backup. When I cancel, I get a dialog box Create/Open Personal Folders File. In the box the file showing is Outlook.pst.
I cancel out of this and everything seems to work fine, except when I attempt to archive my outlook email and the program can't do it, again referencing the afore mentioned pst on the F drive.

Obviously Outlook was configured to use a pst file on your F drive for archiving purposes. Did you search F to see if there are any pst files there?
If you have your valid pst, mailboxes, Contacts, Calendar, etc after clicking through the errors, then all you have to do is go into your Data Files and remove the reference to the non-existent pst file. If Outlook was working fine before you took it to the shop, you could then check with the "Shop" and ask them what happened to the data on the F drive.
