I have an outlook account that I use in a LAN.Now I want to forward whatever comes in direct to my hotmail account,Is there a way I can do that guys?

Go into your rules and create a rule to forward your mail to your hotmail account. The wizard makes it relatively simple.

I would go with "Sent to 'your account'", then click Next, and select "Forward it to People or Distribution List" and then add your name to your contacts and forward to that email.
