Comment:

I have just bought a new laptop, set up Outlook as my default email with the same settings as I had on my old laptop.
On my old one I had saved lots of emails in varying folders, is it possible to transfer them to my new machine.
Can I do the same with my contacts list and calender entries?

Locate your pst file and copy it to the new machine. Then, click File, Open, Outlook Data file, and browse to the location where you saved the old file.
