Dear all,
At the office I use Outlook 2003 SP3.
When I answer an email the replied email will be saved in the sent mail folder. OK.
Imagine after some time I look for an received email in my Inbox (or any personal folder) and finally find it and from the icon I see that I already answered that mail. Now I quickly want to jump to my answer in the sent mail folder (or any folder in the archive).
Is there an add-on available or an simple macro to provide this functionality? I know that I can lookup relevant mails by clicking on the field that mark the mail as answered or forwarded but that is not exactly what I want and does not work for all folders...
If there is no function yet I will try to program it myself like this:
- if mail is answered, save unique item-ID in original mail
- if looking for answer then look in all folders for unique item-IDCould that work to your opinion?
many thanks in advance!
The truth is out there... I want to believe
