Outlook hangs with 2 e-mails

Dear all I have setup 2 hotmail e-mail addresses in Outlook and everytime I check e-mails it hangs. Is there a problem with my outlook? I am using outlook 2000 that came with Office XP. I am doing the same thing with outlook express and it doesn't have any problems with it. Thank you very much Kevin
