Outlook Going to MS Picture it???

When I attempt to send an outgoing email, Outlook attempts to open Microsoft Picture it 2002. Picture this then attempts to open but i get a message saying that it cannot find the program and is looking for something called P16.MSI

I do not have the disc for Picture this, and I am not attaching anything either, the email is a straight text email.

Can anyone please help me in fixing this problem

As a short term fix you can go on Outlook to Tools, Options, Spelling, & deselect the 1st box which is labeled "Always check spelling before sending."

This will allow you to at least send emails without running the spell check.

This works but is there a permanent fix.
I want to be able to use the spell checker in Outlook Express.

I've tired many different "fixes" but the only thing that works is uninstalling MS Picture It.

If you use MS Picture It you can reinstall it, usually w. no additional confilicts to OE.

There is fix from Microsoft but I tried it & it did not work for me.
