Hi everyone, Our email system is the Microsoft exchange server and I have a user how wishes to download the Global Address boot for offline work with Microsoft Outlook. By tools sycronize the address book. The customer usaly has a scrol down feld to select wish address book to download. Now the feld is blank. I have recreated the profile and tryed simulating this on my own pc but failed to find the cause. The users are all connected to a LAN. Can anyone help?
