outlook giving problem

hello there,
whenever I add in new reminder to Outlook calender, upon saving, the error message box will prompt allowing either to "send" or "don't send" error report to microsoft. Clicking "don't send" will exit from outlook.
i've tried reinstalling outlook but problem still persist.
