Hello,

I'm hoping someone can explain or help me fix the following:

I have Outlook 2003 set up for Internet Mail. When I receive an e-mail that has been forwarded, the forwarded e-mail comes in as an attachment. If the e-mail has been forwarded several times, I could be sitting here opening 7 or 8 e-mails until I get to the original!

Why does this happen? Is there a setting I can change to get the FWD e-mails as part of the original mail so all I have to do is scroll to the bottom??

Thanks in advance.

There are no setting you can set to prevent this. This happens at the sender's end, not the recipient's.

Thanks..but what causes it? Is there something I can tell the sender to change in their settings?
