I have a user and mailbox set up for our Conference Room at the company I work for. For quite a few of the events that go on in the calendar you can not see the free/busy for the user's attending that event. I have cleaned the free busy on the user and I have actually even deleted that user and recreated it.
I have gone side by side thru all the events that don't work and I can not find one single similarity. If this is something on the user end then why when the users create other events I can see the Free/Busy. I have spent countless numbers of hours on this problem and I can not find a solution.
