hi,

My uncle is having a problem with outlook express. Everytime he clicks it(he is online)it cuts him off. I made sure there was no check mark in the box disconect after sending/recieving. But it did nothing. He say's it stays a little bit longer but cuts him off still.

ensure in connect/option that "disconnect when not needed" is disable ? maybe the prob?
