Outlook Express not working

Somone downloaded a lot of anime's, burned CD/s, then removed all (supposedly) from my computer. Now my Outlook Express is not working at all. I reinstalled IE and Windows 98 and ran cwshredder, because I had been hijacked by Global Finder. What happens when I open Outlook Express is the following: After many seconds I get a message that my POP3 server has not responded in 30 seconds. Then I get a message that my C Drive is out of space (it isn't). I have already been on the phone with Tech Support at bellsouth.net, and they didn't solve the problem. I can get my emails through web mail only. Please help!

I started this thread, but I think the problem has been solved by something I read in one of the other messages on this web site: I downloaded and used cwshredder and it seems to have solved the Outlook Express problem as well as getting rid of Global Finder.
