hello people.

I am trying to set up the signiture on my email addresses and want it to have the following information:

My name
address
a horizontal line
email disclaimer

When i try to do this within the signiture setup (under options) i dont seem able to make the disclaimer a smaller font size also the horizontal line disappears.

Ive tried setting it up as stationary but again the text defaults to the same size.

I want my disclaimer and horizontal line (that seperates the disclaimer from the message) to be in 7pt font in grey. the rest of the message should appear in 10pt black. Any ideas? - we use outlook express 2000.
thank you

Both the horizontal line and any font changes are related to sending html e-mail, as opposed to plain text e-mail. Make sure you are set to send in html by going to format-rich text(HTML) in the write message screen.

I can't be more specific since there's no such thing as outlook express 2000, you could be talking about outlook express, or outlook 2000, but not outlook express 2000.

Hopefully this gives you a starting point.

oops,

its outlook express - it came with office 2000. have tried using rich text but whenever i copy and paste the text / line in all the text reverts to the same size and colour. - i want the disclaimer to be in grey and to be smaller.
