outlook express deletes messages

hi since one month mail from a particular email address goes directly in the waste folder. Controlled the antispam Norton (nothing).... controlled the message rules (nothing) It is strange that only one email address is treated in such way thanks

thanks but the list is the first place I looked at I inspected the Norton antispam ... that simply mark in the subject as [antispam]
then I looked at the message rules and there is only the one that put the norton marked into the appropriate folder the list of blocked addresse is very large ... but this particular address is not there
the strange is that ... only that particular address is idverted to the wast folder
all the other messages go into the incoming mail folder there should be another place where to look at
