Hi everyone,
When I click on a message from a newsgroup that has file for downloading such as *.wmv, *.rar, etc in Outlook Express, the whole message is decrypted into non-readable characters. It should let me to download the file, instead of decrypting the content of the message. So what is wrong? How can I configure my Outlook Express to fix this problem?
