Outlook Express 6 deletes attach...

I have got Outlook Express 6 and it deletes all the attachments i get through emails. Is there any way to prevent this action of deleting ?

I only use 5.5, but did you check the security settings? Maybe there is an option in there causing this?

Outlook Express - "Tools", "Message Rules", "Mail". Ensure all boxes in sections 1 & 2 are unchecked. If still not possible, post back.

So NO boxes are checked in sections 1 or 2 above?
IF you have a good anti virus checker try this:
"Outlook Express", "Tools", "Options", "Security", uncheck "Do not allow attachments........."
It is possible that Outlook Express is blocking what it thinks are potential virus like attachments.
Post back if necessary.

there isn't any check there as well .... Seems, there has to be done something with registry settings of OE ..

I had a similar problem, where Outlook Express 6 would not delete an attachment, as such, but you could not open said attachment. I cannot find the article that I used to fix it. I remember that there was a little bit of registry editing involved.
