I have a user that has an issue with Outlook. Whenever she print an attachment by just right clicking on it within the email it opens up the desired program (in this case excel) and stays in it where she'll have to exit out of it. Now when I try it on my PC it just prints the attachment opens Excel for a few seconds then automatically shuts it down. I've checked over all the settings I could think of and can't find anything different. Anyone have any help?

Does it do this only in Outlook? You may want to check the print properties in the xls file types to see if Excel is set to close after printing.
