Outlook - Errors copying PST

i'm trying to move a 600+ MB .pst file from one computer to another over our gigbit network. Should only take <2 min and that is exactly what winblows says. The problem i'm running into is that everytime i get about 85% through the copy i get
"! Read error in the file \\some.computer\c$\Documents and Settings\user\outlook\user.file.pst Data error (cyclic redundancy check)."
I did a quick scan of the error logs and I couldn't find any disk related entries. I ran scandsk.exe on the entire drive and could fine no errors.
Next I tried to zip the file... same issue, cyclic redundancy. Next i tried to rar the file... same issue, cyclic redundancy.
If anyone has anything else i can try i'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
