February 21, 2013 at 10:55:50
Specs: Win 7, 2.5 M 6G RAM

Outlook 2010 WIN 7 Comcast ISP
When click send, the email comes back immediately (never leaves the computer) error message System Administrator. Have another email account same server/isp that works OK. The one added second, will not send messages but receives messages. If log in by webmail both send and recieve work OK. So problem is in Outlook. I compared all settings in both accounts they are identical Tried checking secure connection but got another type error.
At wits end. Suggestions please !

Okay, you said that Comcast is your internet service provider, but who are you trying to get email from? (aol, yahoo, msn)?

Some ISP's will intentionally block email from certain providers because of the threat rate. I would make sure Comcast is allowing pop email from your email provider.

I have several Email accounts at Enom.com They are all working correctly.
i am using the following accounts pop.fromthisdayforwardmd.com and
smtp.fromthisdayforwardmd.com The email address is mary@fromthisdayforwardmd.com As soon as I hit send I get the error
Undeliverable System Administrator and
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: test 926
Sent: 2/21/2013 9:26 PM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

'joerahall@gmail.com' on 2/21/2013 9:26 PM
Server error: '550 5.7.1 No mailbox found'

If I send to joe@rahall.com the email goes thru. both are hosted at Enom.

If I use joe@fromthisdayforwardmd.com everything goes OK and delivered to joerahall@gmail.com

Whe I use the webmail account webmail.fromthisdayforwardmd.com everything ges thru with no problem.

Any suggestions appreciated .

That honestly sounds like a local email program issue if you confirmed that the accounts are working properly.

When setting up the account, did you verify if the outgoing server needs authentication or not?

"'joerahall@gmail.com' on 2/21/2013 9:26 PM
Server error: '550 5.7.1 No mailbox found'" indicates just that; there is no mailbox for that account on gmail.

Check the "To:" line and make sure there are no apostrophes in the email address you're sending to.
