Using corporate version of Outlook, Exchange 2000. I open another users mailbox in my Outlook as well as my own mailbox. But when I printout emails that were addressed to him it puts my name at the top above the seperator line instead of his. Can this be adjusted in some sort of template maybe? We are even willing to make a global change if necessary that the Compnay name is at the top instead of individuals names. Please help..thanks!

It's probably pulling your name from the configuration of your e-mail. Try changing it there and see what happens.

Thanks..but I am not sure how to go about doing so...if it was an http: or pop account I could change the display name in Outlook but I can't do so with an Exchange without changing how the display name appears in the Global Address List...help?
