When I receive a email with a attachment which is a jpg image, but wants to open it with microsoft office picture the pictures don't show up they have little red X in the corner with no picture. If I save the attachment to my desktop and then open it with microsoft office picture it will show the picture. How can I get the image to show up by clicking on it in my email? I am using Microsoft Outlook 2002, windows XP, and also on citrix server. Thanks in advance
