My Colleage has been having a problem with Outlook 2002. When she types an e-mail address, Outlook only remembers the past e-mails during a single session. When she reboots or restarts Outlook, the e-mails do not appear when I enter the same ones. The contacts are in the address book. Outlook remembers every e-mail that she sends during an open session. We have searched and searched the Computing.net / Microsoft site with no avail... This problem has been posted (about Outlook 2003) but no answer given.
