outlook default e-mail

Hi,
I have windows 2000 with Microsoft outlook as intranet e-mailing system. I went on a site and clicked on the send mail and it asked me if i wanted outlook express as default mail, I said yes. but now I want to put back my microsoft outlook as default. I don't know how, can somebody help?

Try going to IE Tools, Internet Options, Programs and in the Email drop down box select Outlook instead of OE.
