My MS Outlook keeps crashing when i select any contact from my Contacts list. It says Outlook.exe has had an unexpected error and must be closed.

Seems like you have a corrupt contact. Try this: Create a pst file. Right click on contacts and choose copy. Place the copy in the new pst file. Right click on contacts and choose properties | Outlook Address book. Uncheck Show this folder as an Outlook Address Book. Go to the properties of the copy of the contacts in the PST file and check Show this folder as an Outlook Address Book. Now when you look at your address book the contacts will be reading from the copy. GO to the copy in the PST file and delete the first entry. Test to see if it still fails. Repeat this until it no longer fails. When it no longer fails go to your real contacts folder. Write down the information from the last contact you deleted and then delete it from your real contacts. Use the information you wrote down to create a new contact. Reset the properties back so that you are reading from the real contact list and test. You should no longer crash. If it is working correctly you can remove the PST file that you created.
