Comment:
The outlook program I am using started to crash yesterday. When I start the program and select send and recieve it crashes and a message appears saying "the program needs to close sorry for the inconvenience" Send report and don't send options come up. When I select don't send it restarts automatically becasue the option restart is ticked. When it starts it gives the same problem above and crashes and this loop of crash goes on and on I can not use my outlook right now. If anyone knows a solution to this it would be really helpful. I tried the repaid funciton from the office CD it didn't work and also when I created a new profile for email from - control panel - emails it didn't help. Waiting for your replies.

Click on Send Report and once it is done it will produce a screen that has a "More Information" link. Click on it to get more information as they can be very helpful.
