How do I modify outlook profile under properties for other users under admin login, please?

It depends on what you want to change. Some of Outlook's information is stored in the HKCU hive and not in the pst file itself. What specifically did you want to change in the profile?

As I asked the similar question earlier, I need to remove the profile and add it again. It usually solves the probelm when users get error- Trying to connect to exchange server. I can't access Outlook properties for some users who are restricted, under their login.
