I usually get an error Trying to connect to the Outlook server and creates a loop. We can usually fix this problem by resetting the Outlook profile (remove and then recreate). However, how do I solve this issue, when client doesn't have Admin access to Outlook properties? I was wondering if there is a way to solve that under Admin login.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A user doesn't need Admin privileges to change settings within his/her pst file.

With the user logged in and the pst file open:

Tools
Email accounts
View or Change
Change
More Settings
Advanced
Change the timeout to a longer time
Then just OK and go back to the Outlook Screen

I have another problem on same issue. I am not sure what to do, when client is getting error- trying to connect to the exchange server..... and keeps giving the same error w/o having access to Outlook. Again they don't have admin access to access Outlook properties, and doesn't have access to the Control panel.

Thank you
